Fees Terms and Conditions

NOTE:

For Hostellers Pocket money & Miscellaneous Rs.5,000 for the child should be deposited to the Fees Counter in advance.
Board Exam 1 Enrollment Fees etc. should be paid with July installment.
Evening Coaching Class charges as per actual expenses extra for hostellers .
Any type of above mentioned deposited fees is not refundable.
Transport Charges to be paid with fees installment if availing the School Transport facility.
Any welcome or discount offer given by the management only for the current year.

PAYMENT OF FEES:

Fees can be paid online at www.royalschooljabalpur.com.
Fees also can be paid by cash or by credit or debit card. If paid by cheque or draft it should be in favour of Royal Sr. Sec. School, Jabalpur.
At the time of admission, Admission Fee, Annual Charges, Miscellaneous Charges, Caution money along with Tuition fee has to be paid in the school, whereupon a fee booklet will be issued to the student.
Fee has to be paid by the 2nd Saturday of the relevant month, failing which late fee of Rs. 1001- shall be charged per month, per installment. However if the school fees is not paid consecutively for two installment, the student's name may be struck off from the rolls and child will have to be re-admitted after seeking the approval of the Principal and after making full payment of the school dues and fine. Re-admission Charge RS.5000/-.
In case where a cheque issued for payment is dishonored a penalty of Rs. 500/- will be charged and the cheque amount along with the penalty has to be deposited in cash.

DISCOUNTS:

Brother & Sister discount is Rs. 500/- in all installments of Tuition Fees only (Total Rs. 2000/- per year).
No any type discount for those who availing any saving scheme or discount offer.

RIGHT OF ALTERATION I MODIFICATION:

The school reserves the right to modify 1 alter or include any other terms and conditions in the interest of the institution.
Royal Senior Secondary School Jabalpur also reserves the right to change its fee structure.

TRANSPORT:

Buses are run by an independent agency whose fee is in addition to the above fee structure. Please verify the bus fee, respective routes & stops from the Estate Officer.

REFUND/CANCELLATION OF FEE:

Any type of Fee once paid is NOT REFUNDED for any reason whatsoever.
In case after admission parent want to cancel the admission of their child. No discount or welcome offer will be given to the ……… He will have to be all fees. Like full admission fees, Books set fee/Uniform Charge/Breakfast Charge/Full transportation charge till admission cancellation date.
In case the student leaves the school during the session, caution money will be refunded in the month of July after making adjustments if necessary.
If caution money is not claimed within a year of the wards withdrawal, the amount will be forfeited.
Original deposit receipt of caution money is must.
No interest will be paid on the caution money held by the school.
